Speakers:

Niki Lomibao: Niki serves the small business and nonprofit communities in several capacities, all with the goal of putting employee strategies and projects into action to reduce turnover and burnout. She is the Founder/CEO of Desert Blue Consulting and Coaching and has 8+ years as an HR and Organizational Development professional. Most recently, Niki was the Vice President, Human Resources and Organizational Development at Valley of the Sun United Way (VSUW), one of Phoenix’s largest and most innovative nonprofits. There, she efficiently managed recruiting, benefits, learning and development, performance management, payroll, employee relations and engagement, culture, and compensation.

Niki holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Development and Leadership from Fielding Graduate University, a graduate certificate in Evidence-Based Coaching, and is a Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

She works to build meaningful community partnerships with organizations that serve underrepresented and underserved communities. She serves on the Board of Directors for the Girl Scouts Arizona-Cactus Pine Council and is an Adjunct Professor with University of Dubuque LIFE Tempe campus, which aims to help working adults return to college. Community is one of her personal core values and where she feels she can make the most impact.
