Using methodologies developed at Stanford University and made popular by the bestselling books Designing Your Life and Designing Your New Work Life by Bill Burnett and Dave Evans, participants will learn how to use one simple but transformative tool – Energy Maps – to redesign their day for more joy and productivity.
In this interactive session, we’ll discover:
– Not all tasks are created equal: some drain, some fuel.
– How reframing the question of “How do I get more done?” to “What’s worth doing, and when?” can unleash your productivity.
– Strategies for redesigning the workday for more of what you want, and less of what drains you.
